Dashcam footage filmed by @JA_Martinez_F shows murky floodwater covering part of Barcelona’s Ronda de Dalt between exits 13 and 14 toward Llobregat. The footage, captured on October 3, shows vehicles navigating through around half a metre of water in the left lane as heavy rain continues to fall, with the driver warning others to proceed with extreme caution.
