Floodwater Surges Over Riverbank in Urban Area

Floodwater surged over the riverbank, stairs and pathways near modern buildings, with fast-moving, muddy water spilling onto the surrounding grassy areas. Footage filmed by @le_foutu_ shows the river rising significantly during rainy and overcast conditions. A “BAIGNADE INTERDITE” (No Swimming) sign can be seen beside the flooded steps as the water continues to flow through the area. Video credit - @le_foutu_
