Flooded streets in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat after heavy rain

Heavy rainfall caused severe flooding in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat near Barcelona, Spain, on September 29, 2026. Footage filmed by Uri Onetti shows cars and emergency vehicles slowly making their way through deep, muddy floodwater on streets as heavy rain continues. Around 73 mm of rain was recorded in the area, flooding roads, underpasses and roundabouts across Barcelona's metropolitan zone.
