Residents rescue dolphin washed ashore during storm on Sakhalin Island

A stranded dolphin was pushed back towards the sea after washing ashore during stormy weather near Cape Ptichy on Sakhalin Island in Russia.

Footage shows several people wading into rough surf and carefully guiding the animal through breaking waves towards deeper water on September 29.
