Heavy rain brought Carr Canyon Falls in Arizona’s Huachuca Mountains to life on September 30, 2026.
The footage shows water gushing down the normally dry waterfall amid misty and rainy conditions. The area received around 1.75 inches of rain as moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Polo moved across the region.
The tropical moisture brought heavy rainfall, flood watches and flash flood risks to parts of Arizona and the Southwest, with higher elevations receiving several inches of rain.
