Heavy rain triggered flash flooding in Laughlin, Nevada, on September 29, sending muddy water flowing across a waterfront promenade near the Colorado River. The downpour affected the Laughlin and Bullhead City area, where around 1 to 1.5 inches of rain fell in a short period. The rainfall led to warnings, road closures and debris issues in parts of the area. The footage shows floodwater spreading across the promenade near the JET BOAT TOURS building as heavy rain continued.
