This footage appears to show tear gas being fired at a crowd of students protesting outside a school near Paris with an MP claiming police also fired less-lethal rounds at them.

The footage was posted on social media on September 30 by Thomas Portes, a La France Insoumise (LFI) MP, and shows the scene in Nanterre, in the Hauts-de-Seine department west of Paris, France.
