New York City, New York – Activists disrupted an AI-focused conference at the Javits Center, unfurling large banners and challenging speakers over what they described as “greenwashing” surrounding artificial intelligence.

Multiple Extinction Rebellion NYC activists interrupted the keynote presentation “Unlocking the Energy Grid: An AI Solution to an AI Problem,” which featured leaders from Salesforce, Emerald AI, Crusoe and Fortune Magazine.
