Cops Battles Fast-Moving Floodwater To Rescue Two In New Mexico

Mora County, New Mexico – A sheriff’s deputy throws an orange rescue bag and red rope across fast-moving floodwater during a water rescue on County Road A005, in footage released by the Mora County Sheriff’s Office.
