Heavy rain caused severe flooding in Barcelona’s Horta neighbourhood on Wednesday night, turning streets into fast-flowing rivers.

The footage shows fire trucks, buses, cars and trucks driving through deep floodwater, sending large waves and splashes across the roads and around submerged rubbish bins.
