Firefighters Battle Flames As Wildfire Rages Through Spanish Pine Forest

Quiroga, Spain – BRIF firefighters worked overnight as intense flames raged through pine forest on the Pacios da Serra–Quiroga fire in Lugo.

The TED brigade from BRIF Tabuyo used technical fire backed by heavy machinery control lines to close the perimeter. Firefighters moved along the control line through thick smoke and glowing embers as flames spread through the trees.
