Jealous cop kills wife in shooting at kindergarten as schoolchildren flee in panic

Police Sub-Lieutenant Thatsaphong Thongthat is said to have walked into the cafeteria at Anuban Tessaban Tambon Nongplalai kindergarten in Chonburi, where his wife Pailin Thongthat, 48, was about to sit down for lunch.
