A man was driving along a road in Phetchaburi Province amid poor weather conditions, with heavy rain falling intermittently. As he was driving, he noticed the car ahead of him slam on its brakes, appearing to slow down for an earlier accident caused by the slippery road. He immediately decelerated and switched on his hazard lights.
