A storm moved across Baltimore’s waterfront on September 2, bringing heavy rain, dense fog and choppy waters along the bay. Footage filmed by @doyle0213, a local fire boat operator and National Weather Service weather spotter, captures the weather rapidly deteriorating at a grassy harbor park, with flags and benches surrounded by low visibility as rain moves in.
