Severe weather battered Kitchener in Ontario on September 2, as torrential rain and powerful winds created extremely dangerous conditions. Footage filmed by @likimtheonlyone shows near-zero visibility for drivers as heavy rain lashes the roads, while flying debris and strong winds can be seen battering trees and a parking lot. Environment Canada issued severe thunderstorm and brief tornado warnings for the Waterloo region, with wind gusts reported at more than 110 kilometres per hour.
