Three Killed in Helicopter Crash on Greek Island of Sifnos

Three people, including a British newlywed couple and a Greek pilot, were killed after a Bell 206 helicopter crashed on the Greek island of Sifnos on August 17. The helicopter reportedly spun out of control near a helipad in the Tholos area while preparing to land. Eyewitness footage shows thick black smoke rising from the crash site shortly after the incident. The victims were identified as British newlyweds Alexander Cromie and Marie Ebert, who were reportedly on their honeymoon, and Greek pilot Giorgos Raikos.
