Russia claims it took out Ukrainian personnel and command post with Su-34 fighter-bomber aircraft

The clip was obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) on August 19 and reportedly shows the incident in an area of Ukraine falling within the responsibility of the Dnepr group of forces.
