Chinese Coast Guard boat 'blocks medevac' of Filipino personnel injured in clash

Footage shows a Chinese rigid hull inflatable boat appearing to block the path of a Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) vessel headed to the Ayungin Shoal, on July 21.
