Lifeboat battles to reach beachgoer trapped by rising tide in Cornwall

The Fowey Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) volunteers were called after reports of a stranded man in an area experiencing fresh easterly winds of 17 to 21 knots and choppy sea conditions.
