Judge sacked over jailhouse kiss with convicted cop killer reinstated after sexism complaint

An Argentine judge who was sacked after a video emerged showing her kissing a convicted killer and taking selfies with him has been reinstated after claiming 'she was treated differently because she is a woman'.

Mariel Suarez was allowed back to work in Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut province, southern Argentina, on June 4 after the province's Superior Court of Justice annulled the disciplinary ruling against her.
