A British businessman is facing 13 years in prison as a Thai doctor he allegedly crashed into while high on cocaine has died.
Paul Duncan Wilcock, 51, from Bradford, West Yorkshire, was said to have been under the influence as he tore through roads on the Full Moon Party island of Koh Phangan on May 23.
