Russia claims 'massive artillery strike' on Ukrainian forces in Dnipropetrovsk

The footage was released by the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) on May 14, and reportedly shows operations by the 400th Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the 90th Guards Tank Division from the Tsentr group of forces in Dnipropetrovsk, in Ukraine.
