American wanted over ‘road rage attack on local driver’ in Thailand

Thanuslip Steward, 52, of Thai and American descent, was said to have attacked Kongkamol Seeudtha, 35, as he accused him of clipping his car near Soi Sukhumvit 22 in Bangkok on April 18.
