Police shoot tyre to stop 'truck carrying two million meth pills from escaping'

Officers chased the black Toyota Fortuner for more than 80 miles (130 kilometres) after the driver Saptaweekhoon Boonwiset, 52, hurtled past a police checkpoint in Sakon Nakhon provinceon March 27.
