Irish fugitive wanted in Australia finally caught after using dead man's passport for 10 years

Paul Noel Casey, 46, allegedly bought the forged passport from the black market when he fled to Southeast Asia to evade arrest for allegedly dealing MDMA in Sydney in 2015.
