Scooby-Doo and the Gang with Squid Games guard tackle phone thieves at Brazil Carnival

The arrests by the police officers in disguise as Scooby-Doo, Daphne, Shaggy, and Velma, happened in the Republica district of central Sao Paulo, Brazil, on February 14.
