Colombian 'hit man' arrested over shooting of Iraqi tourist in Thailand

Fernando Estaid Guevara Sanchez, 39, from Puerto Boyaca, allegedly opened fire on Ameer Mundher Mahmood, 24, on the popular holiday island of Phuket on February 7.
