Police hunt four Frenchmen on the run over attack on food vendor in Thailand

The alleged assault stemmed from a parking dispute when shop owner Arnan Jundai, 34, asked a Frenchman to move his motorcycle blocking the entrance of the E-san Cafe in Phuket.
