Thai rogue tour operator probed 'for leaving tourists stranded in China's 'Ice City'

Tour company Me Fuen Tour Co Ltd was said to have fleeced the family of 16 out of 700,000 baht (16,629 GBP) by selling a non-existent travel package to China's 'Ice City' Harbin in Heilongjiang province.
