Russia said it hit Ukrainian forces with grad MLRS in Luhansk Oblast

This footage reportedly shows a Russian Grad multiple launch rocket system firing a salvo at Ukrainian troop positions and military equipment.

The Russian Ministry of Defence said the strike was carried out by a Grad crew from the Western Group of Forces after coordinates were received from a reconnaissance drone operator in the Lyman direction of Luhansk Oblast, eastern Ukraine, on December 12.
