British father, 37, drowns while swimming on beach in front of horrified family

Jason Mark Lambert, 37, from Ipswich, was paddling with his partner and dozens of other holidaymakers at Freedom Beach on Saturday morning.

But he was smashed by an unexpectedly strong wave and pulled below the water as a rip current dragged him away from the shore.
