Thai protesters held a fashion show mocking the country's royal family during a rally in Bangkok.

Footage shows how a red carpet was laid on the ground and several participants imitated important monarchy figures. The demonstration also came on the same night that the King's daughter, Princess Sirivannavari, held an upmarket fashion show. Thailand has strict lese majeste laws which override freedom of expression and make criticising or insulting the country's royal family illegal.
