Philippines earthquake shakes office block as workers flee

State seismological agency PHIVOLCS said the offshore earthquake struck 44 kilometres (27 miles) northeast of Manay town in Davao Oriental province at 9:43 am local time. It was recorded offshore at a depth of 20 kilometres (12 miles).
