Nine bar workers arrested over horror attack on British tourist in Thailand

The staff charged lone customer Cameron James Wilkins, 26, an overpriced 20,000 baht (460 GBP) for his drinks at the Diamond Karaoke Bar in Chiang Mai, on Wednesday.
