Russia sends aid to flood-ravaged Vietnam

The Russian Il-76 aircraft, operated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM), landed at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi on September 20, carrying essential supplies as directed by President Vladimir Putin and overseen by EMERCOM head Alexander Kurenkov.
