Philippine spy mayor's lawyer claims her 'brother' wants to surrender

Attorney Stephen David, legal counsel for dismissed mayor Alice Guo who is accused of having ties with Chinese organised crime syndicates, said her supposed brother Wesley Guo wants to turn himself in to police.
