India train crash derailing leaves four dead and dozens injured

Four out of 12 railway cars of the Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express, heading to Dibrugarh in Assam from Chandigarh, went off course, causing them to topple over in Pikaura, Uttar Pradesh, on July 18.
