The eruption of the Mount Lewotobi volcano caused several flights in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, to be cancelled.
Homes were covered in ash when the volcano emitted a thick column of gas reaching as high as 3,000 ft (900 meters), causing ash rain in residential areas in East Flores Regency on July 5.
