Julian Assange stops in Bangkok on freedom flight to Australia
Published date: Tue, 25 Jun 2024 13:15:38 +0700A private jet carrying Julian Assange landed in Bangkok this afternoon to refuel for the second leg of the hacker's freedom flight to Australia.
The Bombardier Global 6000 left London Stanstead on Monday afternoon but the plane - which has a range of around 7,000 miles - touched down at the Don Mueang International Airport serving the Thai capital at 12:32 local time.
