Thousands of pets were burned alive when a fire ripped through the Chatuchak Weekend Market in Bangkok, Thailand, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Flames ripped through the parrot and fish zone, where tropical pets are housed in hundreds of stalls, shortly before 4:30 am local time. Snakes, lizards, turtles, ducks and mice were also incinerated.
