Taiwan earthquake shakes skyscrapers in capital Taipei

The world's former tallest building is seen during an earthquake that shook Taiwan this morning.
The 508-metre-high Taipei 101 building - fitted with the world's largest damper to withstand quakes - felt the force of the magnitude 7.4 earthquake that struck off the east coast of the country sparking tsunami warnings.
