Water deliverers encircle driver's car with water bottles for blocking school warehouse

A careless driver who parked in front of a school's warehouse and blocked the way was served justice by delverymen who surrounded the car with dozens of 10-litre water bottles.

The unusual punishment was carried out next to a university dormitory in Chongqing, China, on March 7.
