India cafe explosion suspect seen on CCTV

CCTV shows a suspect in the involvement in an explosion that injured at least nine people in tech hub Bangalore in India.

The blast ripped through the popular Rameshwaram Cafe in Whitefield, wounding several staff and customers at around 1 pm on March 1.
