Russian forces 'strike Ukrainian soldiers and armoured vehicles' with 'S-8' rockets near Lyman

The alleged attack was carried out by Russian military crews aboard a Ka-52 'Alligator', a 'Mi-35M', and a 'Mi-9' helicopter near the city of Lyman, in eastern Ukraine, on February 20.
