Paint factory fire kills 11 in Delhi, India

A fire ripped through a paint factory killing at least 11 workers and injuring four others in northern India, on Thursday night.

Flames broke out at around 5:25 pm local time while dozens of laborers were inside the facility in Alipur, north Delhi.
