Russia says its troops destroyed Ukrainian targets using BM-21 'Grad' rocket launchers

Units from Russia's Central Military District allegedly hit Ukrainian targets using BM-21 Grad rocket launchers in the area of Lyman, in Ukraine's Donetsk Oblast, on February 7.
