This spectacular footage shows a giant mushroom cloud rising to the sky amid a sudden and violent explosion at a chemical factory.

The blast happened at a factory located in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia, China, at around 9 pm on Wednesday, January 31.
