Elephant bathed by carers at sanctuary in Sri Lanka
Published date: Tue, 05 Dec 2023 18:38:37 +0700Footage shows animal handlers bathing a well-behaved elephant at a sanctuary in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, in July 10.
The jumbo was lying on the floor while the two staff members washed and scrubbed the beast. The zookeepers also used a hard coconut coir to brush the jumbo because of its thick skin.
