This is the heartwarming moment a pilot greeted a cabin crew family - with an air hostess, her two daughters and her retired captain husband all on the same flight.
The Boeing 737 flight was ahead of schedule so the captain left the cockpit mid-air to use the tannoy and recount the uplifting situation to the passengers onboard.
He told how air hostess Angel had been working for the carrier for 27 years. She was then joined by her two daughters Keleko and Jessica on their first day at work - fulfilling their childhood dreams to become cabin crew.
Incredibly, their father Gregg and Angel's husband of 22 years then joined the family for a true American group hug as passengers cheered on the Southwest Airlines flight on October 9.
Speaking in the video, the pilot says: 'So, the awesome news that I have for y'all today is that today I'm flying with one of my favorite flight attendants. Okay, hold on. And her name is Angel. Angel has been with the company for 27 years, even though she still looks 27, it's all good, right?
'And today, the other flight attendants that are flying with her live with her because they're her daughters, and it's their first day at Southwest Airlines. So, here they are.
'So, this is her first day ever at Southwest Airlines, and this is her second trip ever. Now I have some other special news.
'Now, we're like six minutes ahead of schedule, so their daddy is on the plane, too.
'Now, the daddy was a Southwest Pilot and was one of my first pilots at Southwest Airlines, one of my favorite guys. Now, I'm going to make him do something he doesn't know. Come here, Gregg.
'So, he is a retired Southwest Pilot, one of my favorite guys... so give everyone a hug, Gregg.
'So, I just want everyone to know that he taught me most of the stuff I know, so we'll see if the landing is good or not and let y'all let me know, okay? And it's he taught me so, alright, that's it.'
Speaking after, a Southwest Airlines spokesman said: 'Gregg and Angel met on a Southwest flight 24 years ago and are celebrating their 22nd wedding anniversary.
'Keleko and Jessica's lifelong dream of working for Southwest has come true, and we couldn't be prouder of their hard work and dedication in officially joining the Southwest Family.'
