Suspected gunman Nutthawat Donmon, 54, had allegedly become infatuated with Sroisuda Kham-ong, 35, before riding over to her in a golf cart and opening fire at the Mae Klong Dam Golf Course in Kanchanaburi, Thailand, on June 21.
